“When my TRANE heat pump quit working last week, I noticed that the thermostat was fairly beat-up so I replaced it. That didn’t fix the problem, so I went up on the roof and checked the fuses. Turned out that one of the fuses was blown, so I replaced them both. After the fuses the fan came on but the compressor did not. At this point the problem was beyond me. “I just wanted you to know what a great job you and your team did in selling and installing a new heat pump system. You showed up on time, followed the next day by the engineer to go over the job and the install (as promised). The install crew showed up on time with the engineers plan, worked efficiently as a team in a tight attic space (actually in between trusses). They finished the job, cleaned up after themselves, and gave my wife the paper work and the training to run the system.

I must tell you I’m impressed (this is the second system Collins has installed for me) I know what I’m talking about as I was in the did in business for many years on the East Coast and for the last 15 years I’ve been all over the world doing trade contracts, and if all the trades worked like your team did I would have an easy job.
